Is it good to write them for all schools, or just the ones that ask for them? Which of the following schools asks for them:

I am going to write them for all the schools that give the option. For those that don't, I will include a mini "Why X" at the end of my personal statement (closing paragraph) or tailor the whole essay in that general direction.
