Early Decision Personal Statement

Post by Anonymous User » Mon Jul 08, 2013 9:18 am

I saw some people suggesting that personal statements be tailored for certain schools under certain circumstances. Would early decision be one of those cases? And what exactly could you do to tailor a personal statement for a specific school? Thanks.

Some schools (Michigan, Penn, etc) require you to provide an additional statement of intent if you apply early decision. Duke and a few other schools provide it as an optional essay. It really just depends on the law school you are applying to. Check out their websites and do some research before you invest time into the essay.
