I'm not sure if I should write a diversity statement about my experience growing up on a kibbutz in Israel.
I immigrated to the US when I was 16, so most of my upbringing was done there.
Is that interesting to AdComms? or is it meh and would be seen as a stretch for a diversity statement. my PS is about my work experience... so not a lot of room to mention it there.
