Question
My statement doesn't talk about why I want to practice law but some schools, duke for instance, says you should say what u wanna do etc. do u think it will be a huge deal if I just don't talk about it. I think it will feel forced to just throw something new in.

Re: Question
I think you should follow the directions. Don't 'throw something new in' that is disjointed. Put some effort into this...it is a huge investment.Ph297 wrote:My statement doesn't talk about why I want to practice law but some schools, duke for instance, says you should say what u wanna do etc. do u think it will be a huge deal if I just don't talk about it. Re: Question
Try to integrate it into whatever it is you're talking about. For the most part, it isn't totally necessary, BUT if they advise you to do so, I would.Ph297 wrote:My statement doesn't talk about why I want to practice law but some schools, duke for instance, says you should say what u wanna do etc. do u think it will be a huge deal if I just don't talk about it.
