worth the why x essay?

Post by Teflon_Don » Mon Nov 05, 2012 4:15 pm

MA male 3.96/169 here, is it worth writing a why x essay for Georgetown through MVP? Will it hurt my admissions/scholarship chances by not writing it? Lastly, is writing a why x essay for the T6 weird? Ha. I would obviously say why I like the school's clincs, etc.. not state the obvious like: "Harvard is a great law school"

Well idk if the risk of damaging my applications outweighs the very, very small reward? Plus writing the essay will take my apps longer to get out

Honestly your numbers should get you into Georgetown without a problem as long as there aren't any other deficiencies. I would suggest submitting sooner, rather than waiting to finish an extra essay.
