Hey guys, a lot of you (myself included) are struggling right now with the personal statement. It's a pretty daunting process. And the thing is, there is so much advice floating around from different posters, bloggers, consultants, etc that it's hard to filter out the white noise from the truly valuable insight. So i wanted to share some opinions of the admissions people themselves that I found, and hopefully you guys can add links to others. Because at the end of the day, only the views of the admissions officers matter...not some random guy who claims that he knows the recipe for PS success.
A series called "PS Boot Camp" by Yale law school admissions dean Asha Rangappa:

I remember there was a series of blog posts where the admissions deans all got together and discussed this. It was awesome, but unfortunately I didn't bookmark it...anyone have it?
Any additions to this thread would be great!
