Anyone care to look at a quick rough draft?

Anyone care to look at a quick rough draft PS that I started putting together. I havent brought it to closing yet, but I just put something together and I feel like I am heading in the right direction. Anyone have the time to look it over and tell me if I should start all over? Let me know and I will messgae you what I have so far.
