Upward-trending GPA addendum? Forum

My gpa pretty much skyrocketed when I finished taking pre-med classes. Do I write an addendum to explain why I shifted from the medicine track? Thanks for any input.

If it explains your trend I would definitely include it. But don't make it seem like you couldn't handle the premed classes. Focus the differences in the didactic parts of the two types of classes and what lead you to succeed in classes after you completed your premed classes.
