Single handedly the most riveting personal statement I have read on TLS. I particularly enjoyed the part where you exercised poor judgement during the hiring process, and then had to fix the mistakes!

I particularly enjoyed this little gem:

Life is a game of adjustments. With the law changing each day, the ability to adjust quickly, while ensuring continued successful results, is paramount to success.

I thought games had rules, not laws, and I had no idea that successful results lead to success! I always thought unsuccessful results lead to success; maybe this has always been my problem.

Hopefully you aren't applying to the same schools as me, as I'm sure I would be dinged if put up against this puppy!
