What culture is this? We compete but education is not important? Do you live on some island somewhere?

heh I thought he was from some east asian country until he mentioned the football team...though maybe he means soccer?
OP don't write about your culture - it isn't that interesting. Write about yourself. What have you been doing in college? Why do you want to go to law school? Write about leadership maybe?? Write about why you changed from not caring to caring about school and wanting a profession. Write about starting a sports program.
I think you have a lot of good life experiences to work with, I'm not sure why you are emphasizing your culture, where are you from? If you are emphasizing your culture to show you didn't get a lot of support, there are probably better ways to do that.

Law schools don't care what you did in high school. There's absolutely no reason to talk about high school football and getting As as a 15 year old.
Focus on your college achievements.

To be honest, I just kept thinking what culture? what culture? what culture?
Also, you use a lot of unnecessary words:
If you have a interesting cultural story to tell, tell it. However, you should be more specific (what culture?) and only briefly touch on your childhood experiences. Focus on how your culture (what culture?) drove you to succeed in college and choose law.
PS. This competition approach would be a negative at schools that emphasize a collegial environment.
Also, you use a lot of unnecessary words:
Could easily become ===>“Competition is good” a saying I’m sure most have heard. But unlike most the quote for me is and has been a reality ever since I can remember., and what it means is I come from a culture where competition occurs daily.
This is just an example. I wouldn't start with that (or any) quote--they want to know what you have to say, not what happens to be a common saying. Using a quotes makes you seem like a less-than-original thinker.“Competition is good” is a saying that most have heard, but for me, it has always been a reality. Unlike most, I come from a culture where competition occurs daily.

I'm pretty sure that in almost everyone's cultures competition occurs daily
