How do I indicate that a school is my first choice in the PS

Are you writing a why x type paragraph? I don't think it'd come off desperate or fake if you have a good reason why it'd be your top choice.

I meant just include a paragraph about why x in the PS itself. Seems as good a place as any to explain this specific program.
