I am looking for advice on how to formulate my Personal Statement. I was suspended for one term and had a low GPA for a year and half before the suspension. Since the suspension I have had a GPA around 3.5 reaching upwards of 3.7. I have the dean of my school giving me a recommendation attesting to my growth post suspension. I want to try and use the suspension in my personal statement as a catalyst of sorts for my growth as an individual. Try to turn a negative into a positive if that's at all possible.
I was hoping to use my personal statement as a way to tie everything in my application together but I just don't know how to go about doing that. I want to write a personal statement about my growth as an individual, how that correlated to my higher grades, and how that is going to continue into law school.
If anyone has any advice or previous experience writing a personal statement about this subject any comments/suggestions would be very appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Looking for advice on a personal statement about growth
This topic sounds like it might work, but it would entirely depend on how well it is written.
But if I were you, I would find something else to write about. Your LoR and perhaps your C and F addendum are already going to explain your "growth post suspension." You should use the personal statement to highlight something else. Don't be a one trick pony.
