Diversity statement on travel

Do you think it is acceptable to write a diversity statement on my travels through Eastern Europe?

Are you from there? If not, it sounds more like a personal statement.

Seconded and it kind of makes you sound entitled. A very small percentage of undergrad students have the financial means to travel abroad.
