A lot of those tasks are purely administrative. Nothing wrong with that. But you if you want to stand out, you should focus a bit more on your achievements. You can also focus on college activities and academic accomplishments. I am tempted to tell you to collapse all those positions into one entry. Since you are just coming out of college, your education should be at the top of your resume.

I don't think you need the independent studies...I don't think they're achievements...any volunteer work or other interesting things? You clearly are gunning for zoo/farm law. I think you could feasibly kill one of the vet jobs if you had some interesting volunteer work, just through an "Experiences" heading and you could fill it out some. Also, at this point you should probably put your education first as it's the biggest accomplishment on there.
