May you please critique my Diversity Statement

Hello TLSers!

I'm looking for someone to give me a bit of honest and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism on my diversity statement.
I do ask that you not quote the entire statement, as I will be submiting this soon.

Reading your statement made me think that you are a very strong and mature candidate. Good start! :)
