Diversity Statement General Advice? Forum

Just looking for general advice before i write my DS

Length .. 1-2 pages?
Obviously talk about what makes you diverse/unique and how that has helped shape you. Mine doesn't really have a connection to law school, but it doesnt necessarily have to, does it? any general advice or link to a good thread would be appreciated.

Unless your DS is your personal statement, I think 1 page double-spaced is the expectation.

I don't think your DS has to do anything with your desire to study law, since that's probably what your PS or Why X is for. As for the DS, I'd recommend finding an instance when you exemplified the ideals of diversity and tell that story.

The general guideline is about one page double spaced.
