Personal Statement Advice?

I'm just finishing up a rough draft of my personal statement as i intent to begin my applications this fall. I chose to write about a summer internship and i was wondering if anyone would be willing to provide some feedback? I'm worried that it is perhaps to much of a narrative and that i'm not effectively conveying what i want to (hard workers, responsible, organized etc)
