Letter of continued interest right? I believe these can be emailed to the admissions office with a note asking for them to be included in your folder. That's the way I would do it - but not sure how good of an approach it is. Is there any benefit to actually mailing them?

People have said in the past if they don't specify how to contact them that snail mail is best because it guarantees (if delivered) that someone will open it.

1 Page, Heavy Paper, Hand-Signed, Folded Envelope.

Flat would look tacky.
