I was waitlisted at University of Tennessee yesterday, so I need some help writing a good LOCI.

The letter that came with my waitlist notification said that they would "appreciate a candid comparison of other law schools that may meet my needs better" or something of the sort. I doubt this means they want me to breakdown everywhere I was accepted to and compare it to Tennessee? It also came with a form that I have to return to show my continued interest.

Tennessee has moved to my top choice in light of recent cycle events, and some of the benefits of attending for me are proximity to family (2 hours away from Knoxville), cost (I would get in-state tuition which is something very very small like 13k a year coupled with an incredibly low COL) and my younger brother starting undergrad at UT in the fall. How can I work this into a decent LOCI? Should I be elaborate about my desire to attend, make it simple and curt, or just return the interest form without a LOCI?

Any insight/help would be appreciated.
