Should the PS and other documents be directly labeled?
I'm previewing my applications and my documents just come one after the other. I didn't label my PS or my Diversity Statement so I was wondering if I should put a header on both of them (I literally used all the room required so can't put a title). Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Re: Should the PS and other documents be directly labeled?
I have a header for my ps and addendum:
Last Name
LSAC Account #
Page # of #
It probably wouldn't hurt to include the "title" of whatever your document is under the last name if you think they'll be confused.
ETA: All of this is right-aligned on my things.

Header (L to R): Last name / Document title or question reference / LSAC ID
Footer (R): Page x of x
Same font size, smaller than body text. I used 10 pt Arial Narrow.
