Make the DS a separate addendum. Tacking it on to the end of your PS isn't going to increase the chance it's read, but it might look tacky or unprofessional.
Also, 1.5 spaced, .85 margins, and 11 point font is just silly. Would you appreciate it if you had requested a 2-3 page essay and someone obviously wrote 5 pages but crammed them into into 3? I doubt it. One of those is fine, but all of them together may possibly be seen as rude (not to mention more difficult to read). An adcomm may that you are detail-orientated enough to know what the rules are, but too inconsiderate to follow them.
Don't worry about having too many addendums. Many people have LSAT addendums, a DS, a PS, an a character and fitness addendum. It AIN'T NO THANG!

What's your opinion on adding a "Diversity Addendum" to schools that make no mention of additional essays?
