Indentation?

The schools I'm applying to want it to be double spaced, so should I indent the first paragraph and/or have a space between each paragraph?

Indent first sentence of paragraphs. No extra spacing between paragraphs... don't wanna waste space! Two pages to sell yourself.

edit: except Berkeley. 2 extra pages to vomit on.
