Proofreading is making me lose my mind.

What is the correct way to write this? I looked through all the lovely style manuals and could not reach a conclusion.

"hundred thousand dollar deal"
OR "hundred-thousand dollar deal"
OR "hundred-thousand-dollar deal"

Many thanks to anyone that can help.

Is it not kosher to write out a number that long? All of the other numbers I have in the essay are written out and was hoping to keep the style the same throughout.
