You can certainly do a DS. You have a different experience than the average law school applicant.asdfqwer1234 wrote:Hey, should I write DS statement? Here's some stuff about me.
-Born in Korea, went to elementary school in Korea (grades 1~6)
-Emigrated to Canada and became a Canadian citizen, went to Middle School and High School in Canada (7~12)
-Came to US for university
Nothing special about these right? I don't know if I should write a DS. Could I write something about huge differences in cultures among Korea, Canada and US?

Quick question - Are DS's written in addition to the PS or is it just a variety of the personal statement?

Thanks - and I don't see it as something suggested on my schools' application requirements. Is it just something generally understood that you should add if you feel you can add to the school's diversity?
