Submitting your PS

Post by rklafehn » Mon Nov 22, 2010 11:42 am

Do you label your PS? For example, do you write "Personal Statement" in a header and add page numbers? Or do you just submit it without any sort of heading at all?

Thanks.

I am mainly asking because for schools where you submit supplemental essays, shouldn't there be a quick and definitive way for the adcomms to tell your different documents apart after you attach them to be electronically submitted?

I think it's a wise decision to write your name, document (PS, Resume or whatever) and page numbers in a header. That's what I'm doing.

Thanks gotti.

Hopefully the one school that I did not label my PS for will not hold it against me.
