this is going to sound super generic but a couple approaches and suggestions
1) pretend that your path to law school hinges on that Why X
2) pretend that you love the school. why would you love to go?
as for suggestions, definitely go through their sites, also lurk other threads here on TLS see what 1Ls and 2Ls are saying that they like about the school, let that inspire you and also give you fodder for what to write.
