applying to T14 and need feedback from someone CRITICAL

I can take EXTREME criticism and would love for someone to trade or just read my personal statement to improve it. I don't really have anyone around me who I know well enough/trust to do it for me so I would appreciate it. I was a writing tutor so I could probably offer some pretty good advice for yours as well with whatever degree of criticism that suits you.
