Great topic and well written, but I think you should be careful about invoking your opinions of legal decisions in the last paragraph. Maybe something more along the lines of how you recognized logic beeing invoked in the creation of those opinions.
FWIW though, you're in with the numbers. The PS doesn't suck so I wouldn't stress too hard about it

Thanks for the feedback Arkansawyer. I've edited my post above to add a final paragraph, and will definitely look into how to amend the parts about specific supreme court decisions. Hopefully some more posters will read it and comment on it so I have a little more to go on.
