oh, one more thing. should I even include the addendum? It does explain my upward trend and why my GPA was lowered, but...is it a valid reason (since most people worked during college)?

Your addendum is way too long but, more importantly, it's incoherent. Your grades suffered because you were working, except when they didn't because you were working more. Huh?

I vote no addendum. If you do use one, shorten it down. But grade addendum for a B+ semester gpa...uhhh?

what is your final gpa?
if its 3.5 or above, no addendum
if its 3.5 or above, no addendum

okay, that was helpful guys. I thought as much. worthed a try though.
my gpa is 3.55, with the two quarters out...i'd be 3.64, guess its not that big of a deal.
thanks though!

I dont think the last 2 sentences are necessary. Explain your grades and your grades alone, don't talk about why your time-management skills will be good for law school. Damn, going to the 3rd decimal place in the first 2 gpas.

An addendum may be useful in your situation. My upward trend was painfully stalled for one term due to work/family emergencies (think C's and Incompletes). I limited my addendum to about seven sentences though.

This is a poorly written, unnecessary addendum.
