If the title's eye-catching, then why not. I think some schools require you to title it generically, like "Personal Statement," but if they don't specify, then shoot.

Also, if you plan on submitting a diversity statement, you may want to title your PS creatively but title the DS generically as to not confuse the two.

Absolutely no title. Doesn't matter if its "eye catching". No title. In the header or heading, you put "Personal Statement". That is it. Same goes for the DS. Talked to an adcom who was talking sorta candidly and said titles are no nos

Absolutely not. Put your name, LSAC account # and "Personal Statement" in the header. Nothing else.

Well, there you have it, OP. But I titled my PS and already submitted my apps, and I'm not going to stress about it.

What'd you title it? Just curious.

Not unless your title is:
Prince of Wales
or
First Daughter
