Congratulations. I am in the same boat as you, and it is a good place to be.
The advice I've received from various admissions officers is that you should not submit s carbon copy of your personal statement. Be sure to change it, at least so it doesn't appear to be the same document from the beginning.
For the most part the new score will speak for itself, and you will be fine.
