Okay, I am done with my PS, I just cannot decide about ont thing...
I am going to mention the specific program that I am interested in at the school I am applying to, is it okay to say,
"I look forward to being part of the blah blah program at X University..." ? like I am sure they will be accepting me or should I not do that in a personal statement?

Re: Should I do this?
I'm interested in the answer as well. I'm applying to some JD/MPH programs and, assuming my PS remains unchanged, I can easily fit in a sentence like that.

I'm big on humility, so I avoided that. I used "I would..." a lot. But I'm not an expert by any means.

You might say something along the lines of: "I am eager to attend Such in such Law School because I look forward to participating in their Blah Blah Blah Legal Program." I generally try find a middle ground between humility, which usually comes across false to me when coming from someone with the intellectual talents and ego needed to pursue a legal degree, and cockiness. Anyway, best of luck!
