I found out that one of my teachers I asked for a recommendation moved back to Korea. Would LSAC look at it weird if he sent the LOR from Korea?

I had one of mine sent from Hong Kong, the other from India ... Def no problem at all

Just make sure you leave ample time for the rec to get from Asia to PA, USA and also leave time for processing, could take a while for either/both.
