similar content as law school descriptions Forum

while i was browsing the websites of different law schools i noticed that some of the points I made in my PS are strikingly similar to their descriptions (Berkeley and Michigan in particular) of the programs/clinics they offer. The language is certainly not identical but ideas are pretty much alike. Has anyone encountered this situation and does it matter?? I don't want to give the impression that I'm stupid enough to plagiarize from thier websites....
