2 pages...but what paper size?

Post by xqhp82 » Mon Aug 16, 2010 3:32 am

This has been bugging me for a while now, for some reason it's impossible for me to fit in even 550 words in 2 pages with double spacing and 12pt font. I'm not sure why that's the case, it can't be true that my layout is different from everybody else?! I wonder if there's any specific requirement of which paper size to use? I don't study college in the US but my friends who do said that everyone uses 'Letter' size instead of standard A4. But Letter is even smaller than A4. I'm rather confused can anyone explain to me..? :?

Something has got to be off. I fit close to 700 words without a problem. Are you sure it's double spaced? Times New Roman 12 pt font? Is the font extra-spaced out in the advanced font settings? 8.5" x 11" paper? Is there an extra space between paragraphs? Don't know what else it could be.
