jury duty as a topic?

Post by cubedweller » Wed Jul 14, 2010 2:20 pm

hi.. i served on a 3 week long jury trial and while I've always wanted to study law the jury service really inspired me to take the leap...

could this work?

thanks!

I'd say it could work. As long as you don't go into too many details about the trial, give them a good idea of who you are as a person, and explain why this has led you to law school.

Also: 3 weeks of jury duty? Gosh that's rough

Sounds like in the right hands it could make a good topic. The topic is less important than what you do with it.
