Re: Arrest Record in PS
That's a tough call...
I would completely avoid the topic in my PS. The first questions that comes to my mind is "why did you decided to watch 'several' of your friends commit a crime?" I think that if an application asks if you have ever been arrested then add a similar statement as an addendum to your application. Otherwise if you are only asked about conviction then don't mention it at all.
That's my two bits, I don't mean to attack you (as my life is similarly not free of stupid moments

Re: Arrest Record in PS
In my uninformed, get what you pay for ($0, for those keeping track) opinion, a diversion should probably be mentioned as should the arrest if there is any remote possibility that they are asking for it. I was thinking about putting something in my PS about a legal process I am involved in, sort of, on the right side, but I think I might shy away from that. I think you could probably find something better about yourself than your worst moment...go the other way, sell yourself.
