I know I was being a douche. The OP thinking that he was extremely unique as an atheist, college student made me lol and activated my dormant douche mode.

I never said that I, personally was unique. Maybe you should re-read.

edit: Choosing that specific piece of literature however, is. Or extremely rare, for you diction nazis.

I think you should talk about atheism in some way, it is a sense of pride now, to stand up against traditions of old, especially those that stand in the way of science, women's rights and political progress not involved with war. I think it would make you look intelligent.
