Footnotes in PS? Forum

I have allot of supplementary information for my law school package (medical records, youth record, elementary and high school records, newspaper article and so on and so forth) would it be all right to reference this material in my PS by using footnotes?

Why on earth are you sending schools anything besides your app, resume, PS, any other statements, and your medical records (if you wrote an addendum)?

Do note use footnotes and do not send them your "youth" records.

I used a footnote to attribute a quotation that I was discussing to its source. I highly doubt it adversely affected my cycle. But no, I would not cite to my own materials. That's ridiculous.
