UC Hastings Housing and Waitlists Forum

Anyone else waiting for waitlist decisions, but planning on UC Hastings if it doesn't pan out? I'm in this situation and it obviously makes housing decisions impossible since I'm willing to bolt for a waitlist school. Will anyone else be scrambling for SF housing come September when we can actually commit to housing? I'm trying to see if I can find someone else who will be in this position so finding a roomate quickly won't be a problem. Anyone out there let me know and let's talk.

kinda in the same boat...i've committed for now to loyola la, but i'm on the hastings waitlist. i called the admissions office friday and the director guy hinted that some admits might not go out until days before the semester starts. what's worse is i'm a socal guy and i've never been to SF, so in a best case scenario where i get off the waitlist, i'm picturing myself living out of a motel for two weeks while combing through a foreign city for housing.
