i realize that it wouldn't be a uva thread if it stayed on topic, but to get back to housing, i'm looking for some folks to live with.
my stats:
25 (i think that makes me the old man)
drink beer
play/watch sports (football, b-ball, baseball, golf, tennis, etc)
looking for a townhome if possible with a backyard for cooking out near the north grounds

You could always get a 3-bedroom and get a roommate? That would be super cheap, and you'd still get a study/den since you're sharing your room with your BF
