well, forget UVA.... and let's not catch up for catching up's sake either.... let this thread be a bastion--nay, a stronghold!--of quality and quantity... our thread will be a solace for substance, away from the frivolous banter and wasted words of so much other threadage...

I just got back from Ithaca, probably the most scenic small town I've ever seen, put down deposit #2 and found a place to live next year. Really looking forward to next year now...

I never got it, and I was under the impression that one receives those information during the orientation in August.

Haven't gotten net ID yet either, but if one can make a temporary one as the poster on the admitted students forum says, then I guess it's alright.
