I wish it came in more colors. I can't wear yellow (skin tone conflicts thanks to my japanese heritage) and I'm too clutzy to wear white, so black it is.tkm. wrote:which color? I like the yellow, it's cutecantwaitforuva wrote:I'm getting this hopefully.

haha.
I have a secret love of 1950s dresses. The kind with a full skirt and cinched at the waist - they're so flattering on a woman's body.

I almost bought that (obvi in the adult sizes) in the Low Riders print for the Foxfield Races (see TJ's DoublePlay!), and while my excuse was that it would be perfect Foxfields attire, really, I just wanted a dress with little horses and pompom trim! Shameful, I know!!!

SHEER AMAZINGNESS. Believe it or not, my horse dress is a little crazier than that. It's orangish-red with little yellow abstract horses, a tight top, flared and layered skirt with a yellow layer sticking out the bottom, and BALLOON SLEEVES. It's my stepford wife dress, but now you gave me the brilliant idea of wearing it to Foxfieldbamabreeze wrote:--LinkRemoved--sialeeds wrote: I prefer awkward, ridiculously preppy dresses. Seriously! You can't have more than an A cup to wear the average Ralph Lauren outfit. It's nuts.

But Lacoste has so many sizes that you can always find the right one! I am a size 40 (8) in the polos, but I get a 38 (6) in normal shirts and sweaters and occasionally a 36 (4). It's just nice that there are more sizes than just small, medium, and large. Their polos are a tad short, but I think it's all relative to torso length.bamabreeze wrote:That's how I feel about Lacoste! BTW I love that this fashion discussion is happening and is also not limited to the girls!!
