Unrelated to the law school but UVa is really starting to piss me off. I graduated in December and had my cable turned off. Then I get a bill for Jan/Feb for $33. So first I have to convince them that I don't owe the money and then say fine, we'll credit your account. But the $33 is still there. Then they say Oh, it'll be removed for our next billing cycle on April 14 so a few days later it should be gone. So today I log into my account and is it 0? No. It's $49.50, they added another month's worth to my bill. I'm glad in law school I'll be dealing with Comcast instead.

Comcast is like a cult: they entice you with smiles and shiny things, treat you like a king while you're with them, but God help you if you try to leave. Trying to get my service cancelled after having it for only a few months in summer 2005 was an absolute nightmare.
