For everyone who received a scholarship from UVA, is there a separate scholarship acceptance deadline that is earlier than the first deposit. I remember one of the schools I applied to had one but can't seem to remember which one (which definately sucks because I am on vacation right now and can't look it up). thanks for any help

Bilko -- I think I must be the only person who's never seen The Wire (at least in this area). Although I did see them filming an episode at my local grocery store at 3/4 AM (as I was staggering home after a late night). Their trailers were parked in front of my apartment building... it was an odd thing to see when my senses were impaired...

No, you're fine. There are plenty of OCD people like me who have secured awesome apartments minus a roommate. And we'll all be desperately looking for roommates if we don't find one/some in a month or two

Besides, think about the people on the waitlist! They end up with housing somehow...

I've never seen a bear (in VA or otherwise), but when I was driving from Florida --> Alabama this weekend, we saw a bear crossing sign. I was excited (but saw no bears, boooooo). More likely: bunnies and squirrels. I also see foxes quite a bit.
