I'm not 100% sure she did but I am pretty damn certain that if she hasn't she will be in very soon. It's all in the faith my friend. And this list is not 100% just the most likely places as of now. We shall see!

Re: TLS Class of 2011
Thanks. I was still considering Chicago, but after visiting both places I realized that Ann Arbor will be much better for my daughter, and the school itself provides such a supportive environment, I'm sure that I'll be able to do everything I want to do in law school. And I'll feel less stressed out than I would in a more urban location or in a less personal law school.
I'm so relieved to have made a decision!

Re: TLS Class of 2011
If any one thing accounts for it I would say it's that we have a disproportionate number of people here long on smarts and short on pedigree -- i.e. the usual "Top Public" student demographic. Those from old money and HYP undergrads either have access to college pre-law counselors who are not raving loons and mental cripples; or they just lay out for private admissions consultants who will give them all the advice they need for $250 per hour. Only us po' folks (what we used to call that there "middle class" back in the day) resort to the internets to scope out something as serious as getting a professional degree. And how did we end up with such a disproportionate number of people on TLS going to Michigan & Virginia?

Sock,
Pardon me for speaking for people, I will keep my mouth shut. I was just basing my info on the UCONN Class of 2011 board that I have and it sounded like she was pretty sold on it. Anyhow, we know that a couple of those on the list are FOR SURE going there and I will just wait and refer people from my thread to yours as they seem more certain about their choice. My bad bro.
Drew

That's probably a pretty accurate characterization. Insightful as always, sock.If any one thing accounts for it I would say it's that we have a disproportionate number of people here long on smarts and short on pedigree

Princeton Law is like the Delta Force of law schools...you don't know it exists and you don't find IT: IT finds YOU!
