That brief article initially said it was "probably a male Cornell student". They changed it to just say they didn't know who it was at all. It never said it was a law student.

the radio website story changed several times--went from saying it was likely a male conell student to saying it was allegedly but unconfirmedly a cornell law student to saying that they knew nothing at all. i called the cornell daily sun and they said they weren't sure whether it was a law student but they had heard that rumor too.

i was moderately tipsy (5-6 servings over 2-3 hours). you have to be drunk to arm wrestle multiple parties simultaneously in a bar.
