Torn ACL, MCL, and both meniscuses in my right knee... coupled with bruised bones and a sprained LCL (or PCL, I forget which one)! That all happened in January. Had my ACL reconstruction a little less than a month ago... but because I rehabbed it so hard pre-surgery, things are going pretty well. But still... it takes FOREVER!nipplehead wrote:yeah, what happened to you? i've been through it all before......rehab twice during high school for torn hamstrings in track, rehab last summer for shoulder surgery.......i'm the tin mansialeeds wrote:Rehab...nipplehead wrote: got a pulled hammy at the moment so my summer business is to get that rehabbed so i can take some bombs...I feel your pain!!!!
