LSAC Fee Waiver Concerns

Hello All,

I would like to know if I should apply for the lsac fee waiver. I'm a dependent; my mom's income is approx. $28,000 & my father is unemployed. I've already paid for the Sept. lsat but I can't afford CRS & application fees.

How long does lsac take to get back to you about whether or not you qualify for the waiver? Will me having already paid for the lsat impact their decision?
