What's the consensus best practice for asking a school for a particular amount of money? I realize I shouldn't sound entitled or like I'm presenting an ultimatum, and that generally this is a last resort after using other leverage.
But basically, is there a tactful way/is it advisable to say: With a scholarship amount of X, I will definitely attend Z Law School.
?
